Orders

 

Is it possible to change my order?

  • Once your order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address, billing information, edition, release country, or quantity. Additionally, we cannot cancel orders once they have been processed for shipment.
  • If you haven't received shipping confirmation, we might be able to help with an address change or cancellation. Please contact us through the Chat icon or our Contact form, and we'll do our best to assist you!
  • Please be aware that we can only guarantee your request for address change or cancellation once we have confirmed the processing.

 

Can I place an order via Chat or Contact Form?

If you need assistance accessing the site or placing an order, we're here to help. Please note that orders must be placed through the website.

 

Is it possible to get a different specification than what is available in the store?

No. If an edition, release country, size, color, or other variant is not listed on the website, it is unavailable at the moment.

 

What happens if you run out of stock of an item I’ve already ordered?

If an item runs out of stock after you order it, we'll contact you to exchange it or cancel it. We try our best to avoid this, but if we don't hear from you within 3 business days, we may cancel and refund your order.

 

How can I use discounts and special offers?

Prices already reflect discounts. Discounts cannot be applied after purchase or on prior purchases. Offers may not be combined with other promotions.

 



What are Pre-Order and Special Order Items?

 

Pre-order items are products that you can buy or reserve before they are commercially available. Special Order Items are releases that are not readily available in marketplaces or hard to find, such as limited edition and rare deleted releases.

If you do place a Pre-order or Special Order item from our store, please note the following:  

  • Full payment is required.
  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout.
  • If you order a Pre-order or Special Order item along with an in-stock item, your order will ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Refer to the product description for estimated shipping times for Pre-order and Special Order items.
  • The estimated date on the product page may vary based on demand and information from the provider. Any delay updates will be communicated by the vendor. If there is no update, we don't have the information yet.

 

What are Premium Japan Items?

Our Premium Japan Items are Japan-released records we curated from Japan's massive record stores.

Premium Japan Items are:  

  • New or previously released records
  • Rare, deleted or hard to find records
  • Used records in Near Mint to Mint conditions
  • Used records with conditions specified in the product description

Payments

What are the payment options?

We provide bank deposit, online transfers, and cash on delivery for domestic orders. Instruction details are given at checkout.

 

We have a secure payment method via PayPal for international orders.

When will my account be charged after I place an order?

When you make a purchase through PayPal, you will be charged the full cost of your order right away.

 

When should I send the payment if I choose Bank Deposit for my order?

For bank deposit orders, payment must be settled within 5 business days. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of your order. This policy applies to in-stock, pre-order, and special order items.

 

What is the process for Cash on Delivery?


For orders made with cash on delivery, payment should be settled with our delivery partner upon delivery or pick-up.

Please do not select Cash on Delivery if you wish to use Grab Express or Lalamove as shipping method.

Shipping

What are the shipping options?

For domestic orders, we offer the following options:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We'll ship your order with care using LBC Express, delivering it right to your doorstep anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Book a Grab or Lalamove (NCR only): Choose this shipping option if you'd prefer your orders shipped via Grab Express or Lalamove.
  • Free Shipping for orders of P5000 or more!

We ship international orders with our European partner courier. The shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the weight.

 

What are the shipping rates?

For domestic orders, we offer the following options:

  • Flat Shipping Rate: P200 for small to medium orders, P280 for orders containing large items or vinyl
  • Book a Grab or Lalamove (NCR only): Rate is dependent on your location and surcharges of Grab Express or Lalamove

For international orders, shipping rate is automatically calculated based on weight.

Do you deliver via Grab Express or Lalamove?

Yes! Please choose Book a Grab or Lalamove (NCR only) shipping option. We will contact you once your order is ready for shipment. Please note that we will only book a ride for your shipment upon your confirmation. You can settle the shipping fee to your Grab Express or Lalamove rider during delivery.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders for items listed as In Stock typically ship within 2-3 business days.

 

I bought a “Pre-order” or “Special Order” item. When can I expect it to be shipped?

 

Shipping timelines for Pre-order and Special Order items are included in the product description and your order details. You can find the link to your order details in our order confirmation email.


Any order that includes a pre-order item will not ship until all items are available.

Please note that shipping and delivery dates for Pre-order limited edition items may experience unexpected production delays. We will do our best to keep you updated via email and provide accurate delivery estimates on your order page.

If a Special Order item becomes unavailable or the price changes, we will inform you via email and on your order page. You can choose to proceed with the order or cancel and receive a full refund.

 

When can I expect to receive tracking information?

Once your package ships, we'll send you tracking information via the email you used to place your order and on your order page. Don't forget to search all inboxes, including spam, in case you can't locate your shipping confirmation. Your tracking link may take up to 3 days to update.

  

When will my order arrive once it ships?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 days of shipping, unless otherwise stated.

International orders usually arrive in 2-4 weeks after shipping. Please be aware that these orders may have to go through your country's customs office before they can be delivered, which may cause some extra delays.

 

What causes shipping delays?

Shipping delays will happen if you enter the wrong address at checkout.

If your package is returned due to a shipping mistake, we'll contact you using the email you provided for shipping. If there's no response within 5 business days, we reserve the right to refund your order. This applies to all merchandise orders, including limited edition and pre-order sales.

 

We kindly ask you to ensure that the shipping address provided with your order is correct. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

 

Is there an additional charge for customs or import fees when my order is shipped to a country outside of the Philippines?

Depending on your country, you may be charged customs/import fees. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser; we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.
